58% of your pledges are used for the sake of the Gospel proclamation in our 197 congregations, 19 preschools, 7 elementary schools, and one high school and 42% are forwarded to support the work of our Synod. These percentages were established by the congregations of the District while meeting in convention.
Description: This fund is used to support our called workers in need of financial assistance in the Minnesota North District.
Description: This fund is used to support students in our District who are studying for careers in full-time church work in one of our synod schools. Students apply for scholarships each year.
Description: This fund is distributed to the 8 LCMS Lutheran schools (7 elementary & 1 High School) in the MN North District.
Description: This fund is used to support our called church workers as they pursue continuing educational and professional development opportunities to enhance and renew their skills in ministry.
Description: This fund is used to help recruit future church workers from the Minnesota North District.
Description: This fund is used in supporting new church starts and other mission opportunities in our District.
Description: This fund is used to help those experiencing disaster emergencies throughout our District and to support our Lutheran Early Response Team (LERT) program which trains our congregation members in emergency response skills like chain saw use, etc.
